My name is Brie and I eat– hence the title of this blog (brie eats= brieats).
I’m a 30 something woman trying to find sanity in a confusing food world. After being on almost every diet imaginable in college, I went back to school for a Master’s degree in Nutritional Science. I calmed down a bit, and now instead of constantly looking for a quick fix I’m just working out what foods make me feel best and enjoying life. I’m sensitive to gluten, dairy and eggs and I love cooking, which is good since it’s hard to eat much packaged when so much you have to avoid all three of those things!
I live with my husband and seven chickens– some of which are the ones you can see in my blog header.
